In 2022, a leading private hospital in Chandigarh approached us with an ambitious goal: replace their entire radiology infrastructure — from conventional X-Ray to a fully digital department — within a 90-day window, without disrupting patient services.
The project required GE Healthcare X-Ray systems, Agfa Healthcare DR flat panel detectors, Agfa hardcopy printers, and a complete digital imaging workflow. Coordinating installation across multiple modalities, while training radiology staff on new systems and maintaining continuous patient services, required the kind of integrated team that only a full-service partner could provide.
We project-managed the entire transition: phased installation to maintain service continuity, parallel training sessions for radiographers and radiologists, system integration with the hospital's existing PACS, and equipment financing through GE Capital structured around the department's projected imaging volumes.
The transformation was completed on schedule. Today, the department operates a fully digital workflow — faster image processing, lower radiation dose, and diagnostic quality that the hospital's radiologists describe as transformational.
